Data from the drawings
Points the take-off flagged — check with the designer or on site. How the numbers are worked out
Same method as the Landless substation sheets and the Excel workbooks.Load per tenant. When a tenant's actual load is entered, the system uses it with the safety margin. Until then it uses the design TCL from the LV schematics (larger of summer / winter).
Boards and busducts. A busduct, MSB or EMSB carries the sum of everything under it. If nothing under it has a value yet, its own design TCL from the drawing is used.
Transformer check.
Tenant checks. A tenant is flagged when its current with margin exceeds the isolator or the tap-off / breaker rating.
Voltage drop. Cable lengths are not on the schematics, so voltage drop is worked out in the Excel workbooks (one per substation, one sheet per transformer).
To move tenant data into Excel: export the register CSV from the Tenants tab and paste each substation's block into its workbook's "Tenant Register" sheet at cell A4.
